Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree related to the internship focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Physical agility to stand, sit, walk, climb, push, balance, and kneel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to work in varied climate conditions.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
• Strong analytical and logical skills with attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to construction through supervised assignments in Safety and Preconstruction.
• Rotations in Project Management, Field Operations, Accounting, Business Development, MEP.
• Experience in Virtual Construction, Marketing and Human Resources.
