Job summary

Interns will work on areas such as Estimating, Scheduling, Field Operations, Design Management, Cost and Technology, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and professional development opportunities during the summer program.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• Be passionate about construction, engineering, or related fields.
• Have ability to travel.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute: Assist in coordination of on-site construction projects and engineering activities.
• Collaborate: Work with experienced team members including Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, Schedulers and others.
• Support: Complete documentation in support of subcontractor planning and administration to ensure quality of construction in support of overall project schedule s.
• Interpret: Understand and interpret designs, drawings, specifications, submittals, and other construction documents.
