Job summary

Walbridge invites motivated undergraduates to join our summer internship program across multiple U.S. sites, gaining real hands-on experience in estimating, scheduling, field operations, design management, and cost activities.

You will work alongside seasoned professionals on live projects, receive mentoring, and develop foundational skills in construction and engineering while contributing to meaningful work in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• Be passionate about construction, engineering, or related fields.
• Have ability to travel.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute: Assist in coordination of on-site construction projects and engineering activities.
• Collaborate: Work with experienced team members including Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, Schedulers and others.
• Support: Complete documentation in support of subcontractor planning and administration to ensure quality of construction in support of overall project schedule.
