Job summary

Walbridge is offering a summer internship program designed to launch your career in construction and engineering. Interns gain hands-on experience and mentoring, with assignments in Estimating, Scheduling, Field Operations, Design Management, Cost, Technology and more across field sites or corporate offices in the U.S.

You will work on real projects, receive guidance from seasoned professionals, and participate in professional development opportunities and company-sponsored community events.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• Interested in construction, engineering, or related fields and willing to travel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; eager to learn and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination of on-site construction projects and engineering activities.
• Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, Schedulers and others.
• Support documentation for subcontractor planning to ensure project schedule alignment.
• Understand and interpret designs, drawings, specifications, submittals and other documents.
