Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Intern to assist the office and onsite team on Oklahoma projects. The role emphasizes detail orientation, teamwork, and a willingness to do what it takes to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

The intern will support preconstruction sourcing, data entry, bid management, and daily project documentation while learning about multiple departments within KPG. On-site exposure will include safety practices and cost-conscious operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4 year Construction Program.
• Basic knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, and industry practices.
• Understanding of industry standards and their impact on project activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Preconstruction team in sourcing quotes for vendors, subcontractors, and materials.
• Perform data entry and maintain the purchasing/vendor database; format materials as required.
• Manage bids files and documents; help qualify chosen subcontractors.
• Assist in day-to-day management of project operations, learning all facets of construction.
• Ensure safety and cost containment while complying with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain daily work documentation and project paperwork; submit on time.
• Support scheduling and expediting subcontractors and suppliers as required.
• Explore other areas of interest to learn about KPG operations.
