Keller, Inc. is seeking a Construction Intern to gain hands-on experience by working with our field and operations teams on active commercial construction projects in Wisconsin.

You will collaborate with Foremen, Superintendents, Project Managers, and tradespeople to learn how projects are planned, managed, and executed. Interns will split time between fieldwork (approximately 70%) and exposure to project management, operations, and leadership functions (approximately 30%).

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction-related field.
• Interest in commercial construction and management.

Responsabilités

• Work on Building Erection, Carpentry, or Concrete crews.
• Assist with day-to-day jobsite operations and project execution.
• Attend project meetings with owners and subcontractors.
• Support scheduling and coordination of labor, materials, equipment.
• Review drawings and plans with field leadership.
• Learn safety and quality practices.
