Responsibilities

• Translate and coordinate project doc information for field use.
• Coordinate subcontractor work and develop details for self-performed work.
• Coordinate layout for self-performed work and track labor/quantities.
• Order and track materials and verify installed work.
• Resolve omissions via RFI process and communicate resolutions.
• Assist in 3-week look ahead scheduling using Lean tools.
• Support scheduling with Last Planner and Pull Planning.
• Assist Superintendent with equipment scheduling and deliveries.
• Create/maintain jobsite records (logs, diaries, RFIs, submittals).
• Participate in project closeouts and punch lists.
