Role responsibilities include collaborating with Project Managers to create efficient drawings and providing accurate estimates. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and a basic understanding of mechanical systems, along with experience in AutoCAD and Revit. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical pipe, plumbing or sheet metal is beneficial.
• Ability to read and understand contract drawings, specs, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Document and provide marked up submittals to Project Manager.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to reduce installation costs.
• Generate full coordination and fabrication drawings.

Skills

Understanding of mechanical pipe, plumbing or sheet metal

Ability to read and understand contract drawings

Experience with AutoCAD

Experience with Revit

3D design skills
