Job summary

Lettire Construction Corp. in New York, NY is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to ensure proper insurance coverage for subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors of all tiers.

You will support the Director of Risk Management and manage insurance reviews and documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors and clients, tracking certificates of insurance, and maintaining enrollment in Lettire CCIP while ensuring timely renewal and compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage insurance reviews with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Coordinate documents to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Track policy expirations and renewals; secure compliant documents on time.
• Review prequalification forms related to insurance and risk.
• Coordinate COI requests from clients and Lettire units.
