SPATCO Energy Solutions seeks an energetic Install Coordinator for Construction/Installations G&A. The role supports the Project Manager across all stages—from setup and permits to documentation, schedules, change orders, and close-out.

You will liaise with clients, tracking delivery status, invoices, and progress reports. The position emphasizes organized data management, cost tracking, and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills are required.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel are required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Professional communication with clients and colleagues is essential.
• Reliable and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and contracts is preferred.
• Experience with accounting and job costing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, maintain, and regularly update construction project data and work order lists.
• Maintain cost data related to project budgets, labor hours, and material costs.
• Collect, monitor, and disseminate project documentation to stakeholders.
• Prepare general correspondence such as memos, letters, and meeting minutes.
• Organize and maintain project files and documents, digital and hard copies.
• Assist Project Managers with Change Orders and material purchases.
• Manage project close-out, including verification of profitability reports.
