Residing on the list of the Engineering News Record (ENR)’s Top 500 Design Firms in the nation, TPD is currently hiring dynamic Construction Inspector Supervisors and Managers at all levels. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide daily inspection of construction work within a discipline to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, including roadway, structural, ADA compliance, and traffic signal inspections.
• Supervise inspection teams.
• Approve all on-site observations of construction progress, equipment, manpower, and materials, and document in Daily Inspection Reports and other required reports.
• Measure and record quantities for payment.
• Prepare as-built drawings.
• Serve as the on-site project representative.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (not required).
• Preferred certifications include ACI, NECEPT, or PennDOT concrete.
• NICET Certification levels II-IV are preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver’s License.
