THE ROLE :

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between our finance team and organizational leadership, reporting directly to the Director of Finance. You'll lead the charge in managing financial operations within our fast-paced and evolving environment, requiring adept juggling of multiple priorities. With sharp analytical skills and strong communication abilities, you'll spearhead the enhancement of our FP&A tools and financial modeling, bolstering TEAM's finance ecosystem for continuous growth and adaptability. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

  • Manage FP&A responsibilities including budgeting, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions
  • Oversee monthly consolidated reporting, collaborating with accounting teams and brands for accurate financial closes
  • Develop and optimize budget models for multiple brands within the TEAM portfolio
  • Represent the Office of the CFO in communications with brands and investors, fostering strong relationships
  • Assist in preparing financial and investor relations materials, addressing inquiries clearly
  • Collaborate with brands to craft Monthly and Quarterly Performance Narratives (MDNAs) for effective communication
  • Drive improvements in data quality, KPI reporting, and operational efficiency across the TEAM portfolio
  • Project manage insurance activities, including workstreams, requests, and audits to mitigate risks effectively

This position is fully remote!

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :

  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or budgeting roles.
  • Proactive communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building consensus and facilitating decisions in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong project management abilities with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision; resourceful in overcoming challenges.
  • Flexible team player adept at collaborating with geographically dispersed teams to achieve common goals.
  • Proficient in leveraging technology to drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Possesses a high degree of curiosity and pragmatism, fostering innovative problem-solving approaches.
  • Experience in investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, or PE-backed high-growth companies is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field from an accredited college or university preferred.
