Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (not required).
• NICET Certification: II-IV is preferred.
• ACI/NECEPT or PennDOT concrete certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily inspection of construction work to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Supervise inspection teams.
• Approve on-site observations of progress, equipment, manpower, and materials on reports.
• Measure and record quantities for payment.
• Prepare as-built drawings.
• Serve as on-site project representative.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (not required)

NICET Certification: II-IV is preferred.

ACI/NECEPT or PennDOT concrete
