Join to apply for the Construction Inspector Supervisor role at STV.

Overview

STV is seeking experienced construction inspection supervisors for its Transportation group in Pennsylvania, with openings in Douglassville, Harrisburg, and Philadelphia offices. These positions involve highway and bridge construction projects for PennDOT and PA Turnpike, primarily in the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern regions, including Carbon, Monroe, Northampton, and Schuylkill Counties, with future projects in the Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years of highway and/or bridge construction inspection experience.
• NICET Level III in Highway Construction or equivalent experience; PE license may substitute.
• Certifications such as NICET, NECEPT, ACI, PennDOT/NECEPT, Stormwater Management, Guiderail/Attenuator, Traffic Control, OSHA/Safety.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus.

Skills & Abilities

• Supervisory experience and strong knowledge of PennDOT and PA Turnpike systems.
• Proficiency in construction documentation software (ECMS, Kahua, etc.) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, project management, and on-site presence skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for site visits.
• Commitment to safety and environmental regulations.

Compensation & Benefits
