Job summary

SRE ENGINEERING DPC is looking for MEP Inspectors to conduct field inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations across NYC Health + Hospitals projects. Candidates should have over 5 years of MEP inspection experience, preferably in healthcare, and possess strong communication skills for report preparation. Knowledge of applicable NYC codes and experience with construction management software like Procore is a plus. This is a chance to work with a certified woman-owned business focused on public infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MEP inspection experience on construction projects.
• Healthcare facility experience preferred.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of MEP installations including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Verify compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Maintain detailed daily inspection reports.
