Job summary

Candidates should have a minimum of three years in civil/highway or related engineering inspection, be proficient in MS Word and Excel, and able to read plans and specifications; professional certifications such as NICET, ACI, NACE, AWS/CWI, ATSSA are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of civil, highway, facility or related engineering field inspection experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and construction reporting/quantity tracking software.
• Strong written and oral communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work to ensure conformance with contract plans and specifications.
• Document daily progress and track quantities of work performed.
• Perform quantity takeoffs/calculations and report findings.
• Provide oversight responsibilities as assigned and communicate field issues clearly.
