Keville Enterprises Inc. is seeking a full-time Construction Inspector to join our team in Rocky Hill, CT.

The ideal candidate will inspect contractor work to ensure conformance with plans, assist with contract administration, and document quantities while communicating clearly with project teams. Requirements include a minimum two years in civil/highway inspection, a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, OSHA 10, NICET Level 2, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in inspecting, testing, or managing construction projects is a must.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Eager to learn, willing to perform a variety of tasks, and a team player.
• OSHA 10 certification is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting work performed by construction contractors to ensure conformance with contract plans and specifications.
• Assist with contract administration and reporting daily progress.
• Track and document quantities of work performed.
• Resolve construction problems in the field and perform other oversight duties as assigned.
