Responsibilities

• Ensure work matches construction plans.
• Identify deficiencies in constructed structures.
• Review contract terms and conditions.
• Ensure timelines, costs, and materials comply with contract terms.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff.
• Review the work of junior staff.
• Document deficiencies and project risks.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and daily activity records.
• Communicate issues to project leadership and escalate when needed.
