Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections of construction projects to verify compliance with design specifications, standards, safety codes, and regulations.
• Documents inspection results including deficiencies and required corrective actions.
• Reviews contractor submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications with engineers and project teams.
• Monitors construction progress and prepares detailed daily reports and status updates.
• Inspects construction materials and testing processes to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Oversees field construction services, enforcing safety, environmental, quality control, and permitting requirements.
