Hill International is seeking a Construction Inspector in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year PennDOT experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector 1 (TCI-1) or higher.
• One (1) of the following certifications: PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification, NECEPT Field Technician Certification, or NICET Level II Certification or higher in Highway Construction. NICET Certifications in Highway Construction are preferred unless other NICET subfields are approved by Central Office under special circumstances.
