STV has openings for Construction Inspectors in the Transportation group in Pennsylvania, specifically in the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern regions, including Carbon, Monroe, Northampton, and Schuylkill Counties. Future projects may also be in the Philadelphia region.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Inspect highway and bridge construction projects for clients such as PennDOT and PA Turnpike.
• Possess 1 to 4 years of relevant experience and certifications like NICET Level II in Highway Construction, ACI Concrete Technician, NECEPT Asphalt Field Technician, among others.
• Require a HS Diploma or GED, with an AS or BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management as a plus.
• Review contractor procedures, prepare inspection reports, and document testing processes.
• Have knowledge of PennDOT and PA Turnpike construction standards, materials, and documentation systems.
• Possess basic computer skills and experience with project management and documentation software.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel to various construction sites.
• Maintain safety standards and possess a valid driver’s license.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $52,754 - $70,339. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, continuing education, and more.
