Construction Inspectors to work on a NYCDDC project in Manhattan, NICET II minimum or equivalent, with 5 years of experience on similar construction projects. Must be conversant with NYCDDC specifications as well as Federal Aid procedures. OSHA & ACI certification required.

Inspect construction activities for NYCDDC, prepare daily Inspector reports, confirm Contractor quantities, ensure implementation of MPT.

Qualifications

Education/Qualifications: Diploma or undergraduate degree in Engineering, and/or NICET 2,3,4 certification with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Certifications/Licenses: NICET, OSHA and ACI

The pay range for this position in New York is $50-$60 hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
