We are seeking a Lead Construction Inspector in New York, NY, to oversee a federal government project for a new state-of-the-art facility. The inspector will interpret, organize, coordinate, communicate, and execute construction project oversight based on engineering and construction principles. This position does not qualify for employer sponsorship except for TN visas.
Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 annually, based on experience, education, and certifications.
Work involves both office and field environments, with field work comprising approximately 5% to 95%. Field activities may include climbing, walking, standing at construction sites, and exposure to various weather conditions. Lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required.
