Road To Finish, LLC (RTF) is a construction management firm specializing in construction inspection and material testing services. We are seeking a Project Inspector for various construction projects. We offer tailored career opportunities based on location, experience, and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field inspections and observations for bridge and/or heavy highway construction projects.
2. Complete and maintain daily records of field observations.
3. Read and interpret plans, specifications, and standards.
4. Perform material sampling and testing on applicable materials.
5. Assist other project management staff with identifying problems and developing solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Previous inspection experience.
2. Technological proficiency.
3. Ability to routinely bend, kneel, climb, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
4. Ability to work in variable weather conditions, including hot/cold, humid/wet, and dry/arid conditions.
5. High School diploma or GED with NICET Highway Construction Level II certification/willingness to obtain it, or an Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, or Construction Management, or a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an ABET-accredited program or a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management accredited by ACCE.

Desired Certifications:

• NICET Highway Construction Level I or II.
