Civil Design Concepts (CDC) is seeking a Construction Inspector to provide quality assurance inspections under the direction of the Construction Manager in Charlotte, NC. Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in paraprofessional engineering or construction trades.
• OR a B.S. in Construction Management from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction trends, and mathematics.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local codes/regulations governing construction.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain an acceptable driving record.

• Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction trends, and mathematics.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local codes/regulations governing construction.
• Software Proficiency: Experienced in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and standard company software packages.
• Communication: Excellent report writing, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Compliance: Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain an acceptable driving record.
