Responsibilities

• Direct staffing for all CI/REI contracts, including prime and subconsultant assignments.
• Forecast headcount by contract, region, grade, and mobilization date.
• Recruit and deploy inspectors, office engineers, chief inspectors, and resident engineers.
• Verify MURK 1D qualifications, NICET equivalencies, certifications, and availability before submission.
• Manage NYSDOT resource managers, EICs, subconsultants, and field staff.
• Track contract utilization, unfilled positions, revenue at risk, and staffing performance.
• Oversee personnel mobilization, timesheet compliance, and coordination with billing.
