Qualifications

• 7+ years in middle/large commercial P&C insurance with Construction expertise.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple functions in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with P&L ownership or shared accountability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the vertical strategy and roadmap, and lead its execution, financial results, and long-term success.
• Establish & maintain industry vertical appetite, underwriting guidelines, training, and best practices.
• Provide expertise on complex accounts as needed.
