M.E.S.O., Inc. is seeking a Parts Associate to support construction and industrial equipment customers across the Southeast. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely fulfillment of parts requests.

Ideal candidates have hands-on parts experience, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills, plus the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. HS diploma and valid driver's license required.

• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
• Strong teamwork and both verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safe, superior customer service as a top priority.
• High school diploma and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Source, order, and manage inventory for construction equipment and/or automotive parts.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email to identify and fulfill parts needs.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain organized inventory records and update systems as stock levels change.
• Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure the right parts are available for repairs.
• Research and price parts, including special orders and hard-to-find items.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support pricing and availability.
• Provide safe, superior customer service on every interaction.
• Support warehouse organization, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
