Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Support industrial construction projects both in the shop and in the field.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, debris removal, and assembly.
• Assist craft workers like electricians and welders as needed.
• Transport and operate heavy machinery.
• Dig trenches and backfill as required.
• Follow instructions from project managers and adhere to safety regulations.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Mid-Level to Experienced in construction; not Entry-Level.
• Knowledge of fill dirt processing, concrete forming, rebar tying, pouring, and finishing is highly desired.
• Experience with heavy industrial construction preferred.
• Operating machinery such as backhoes, loaders, and skid steers is highly desired.
• High school diploma preferred; no formal qualification required.
• Ability to handle physical demands and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of construction math and measurements.
• Willingness to travel and submit to background and drug screening.
