Job summary

APC Construction, a CRH Company, specializes in aggregate mining, asphalt paving, construction material supply and complete civil construction.

The Human Resources Administrator position is responsible for facilitating and administering general HR activities to further prepare the knowledge and skills needed to successfully work with the Human Resources functions. Wage Range: $28-$33 per hour, dependent upon experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience; recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in a construction environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drug screenings and background checks.
• Administer new hire orientations.
• Maintain electronic HR forms database.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute reports to management.
• Assist with training and policy maintenance.
• Process employee terminations and paperwork.
• Assist with revision of the employee handbook.
