Flynn Group of Companies in New Hope, Minnesota is seeking an HR Administrator to support recruiting, onboarding, and employee inquiries within our construction-focused HR team.

You will post jobs, screen resumes, conduct phone pre-screens, coordinate interviews, assist with orientations, and maintain HR records.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR, a degree in HR, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the human resources field.
• Degree in a Human Resources field is mandatory.
• Experience in a construction environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment efforts by posting and sorting job advertisements, sourcing resumes, conducting phone pre-screens, arranging interviews, sitting in on interviews, conducting reference checks.
• Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding process.
• Track and document paperwork for organizational changes (transfers/promotions).
• Assist with employee inquiries.
• Participate in HR team development projects.
• Compile reports as required.
• Attend job fairs and school outreach programs.
• Support Regional HR team as needed.
