PeopleReady of Ft. Collins, CO is now hiring Construction Helpers in Fort Lupton, CO. As a Construction Helper, you will assist at construction sites by performing a wide range of tasks and supporting carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.

Responsibilities include site prep, loading materials, operating basic hand and power tools, keeping areas clean and safe, and helping other trades. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work 1st shift in day hours.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady.
• Construction experience is a plus
• Use tools of the trade
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Work in all weather conditions
• Background check and Drug test required

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris
• Load and unload building materials
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools
• Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe
