Job summary

Fute is seeking an experienced Senior-Level Healthcare Construction Superintendent to lead healthcare construction projects in Tampa from pre-construction through completion. The role requires managing on-site teams, coordinating with architects, engineers, owners, and project managers to ensure quality and safety.

You will oversee schedules, resources, and compliance with building codes, OSHA, and AHCA regulations, while providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of construction superintendent experience.
• Experience with medical office and interior renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety.
