NLG is seeking an experienced Group Manager to oversee multiple construction projects and project teams, driving operational excellence across the organization. This leadership role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and institutional construction, including K-12, higher education, municipal, or similar public-sector projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of construction project or program management with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading multiple projects and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and oversee project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and support Project Managers while promoting accountability and operational excellence.
• Monitor project financial performance, productivity, and key performance metrics.
• Partner with operations, field leadership, and executive management to ensure project success.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and overall project delivery.
• Foster strong client relationships and support business growth initiatives.
