Sign‑On Bonus

SITECH is the authorized dealer for Trimble Heavy and Civil construction products and services, as well as Accugrade grade control products, covering the panhandle of West Virginia, Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the shores of Delaware.
Job Summary
The Construction GPS Field Technician is responsible for installing and troubleshooting machine guidance systems on all types of earthmoving and paving equipment. The role includes performing complex troubleshooting and service repairs while serving as an escalation point for all SITECH team members on technical issues, conducting system demonstrations for customers, consulting contractors on best practices and construction processes, and acting as the technical liaison between SITECH and Trimble.
Required Experience and Skills
Physical Requirements
The position requires standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and speaking or hearing. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Additional duties may be assigned.
