Harvey General Contractors in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations on multiple projects across the western United States. The role involves partnering with Project Managers and executives to drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

We seek a leader with 10+ years in commercial construction, strong scheduling and drawing interpretation skills, and a track record of coaching field teams. Travel across the Western U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, including leadership of large or multiple projects.
• Previous experience as a Senior Superintendent, General Superintendent, or similar field leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Proven success in leading, coaching, and developing Superintendents or other field leaders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the western United States.

About The Position

Join a rapidly growing commercial general contractor where you'll have the opportunity to shape field operations, develop future construction leaders, and play a key role in delivering exceptional projects throughout the western United States. As General Superintendent, you'll provide strategic leadership across multiple projects while partnering with Project Managers and executive leadership to drive operational excellence, safety, quality, and project success.

This position is based in Irvine, CA. Preference will be given to candidates who reside in Orange County or the surrounding areas.

This position pays between $160,000 - $190,000 depending on experience. This position will also include a company vehicle and a gas card.
