Job summary

Boly:Welch in Eugene/Springfield seeks a General Manager to lead operations for a respected construction organization. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive market growth, and represent the company in internal operations, industry events, and community initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to coordinate multiple departments, support HR in recruiting, manage day-to-day personnel, lead sales and PR efforts, and maintain active participation in local industry

Qualifications

• Experience planning, assigning, coordinating, and evaluating the work of employees and trade-contractors.
• Experience establishing and maintaining effective work relationships with employees, trade-contractors, vendors, and the general public.
• Experience planning strategic planning and general staff meetings, seminars, and workshops.
• Driver's license, reliable automobile, and proof of car insurance.
• Experience in construction or remodeling strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement market strategies and operate efficiently.
• Coordinate HR recruiting and day-to-day personnel management.
• Drive sales, public relations, and brand awareness initiatives.
