Job summary

Hirebridge in Moab, UT is seeking a General Laborer to join our Construction Division and support crew operations on site in Moab and surrounding areas. The role focuses on assisting construction activities and maintaining safe, efficient workflows.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience, be able to operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, and demonstrate ability to follow verbal and written instructions. High school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of proper shoveling technique.
• Ability to work long hours.
• Hands-on experience with mobile equipment such as forklifts.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and adjusting equipment within assigned functional area.
• Conducting quality checks and operating computer-controlled systems.
• Safely operating support machinery and mobile equipment.
• Maintaining records and adhering to housekeeping standards.
• Following all company, MSHA, and safety guidelines while holding others to the same standards.
