Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a General Laborer for our Construction Division in Grand Junction, CO and surrounding areas. You will support construction operations and perform a variety of duties on the crew to keep work moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include equipment inspection, quality checks, and operating computer-controlled systems while adhering to MSHA and safety guidelines. Prior construction experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of shoveling technique.
• Willing to work long hours.
• Hands-on experience with mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Cross-train with other positions to maximize abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and adjusting equipment within assigned functional area.
• Conducting quality checks and operating computer-controlled systems.
• Safely operating support machinery and mobile equipment.
• Maintaining records and adhering to housekeeping standards.
• Following all company, MSHA, and safety guidelines while holding others to the same standards.
