MGC Contractors, Inc. is seeking General Laborers to join our Utah division in the Eagle Mountain area. You will support field teams with site preparation, material handling and general labor tasks on construction projects.

This full-time role requires physical stamina, ability to follow directions, and a high school diploma or GED. Overtime and weekend work may apply based on project needs; drug screen required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on active construction sites.
• Experience in general labor or construction a plus.

Responsibilities

• Must work quickly, productively and safely to meet production goals.
• Follow direction from supervisors on daily production schedule and activities.
• Work with team to ensure job-site safety before starting work.
• Maintain a clean job site and secure tools and equipment daily.
• Use equipment and assorted job tools as needed.
• Perform general laborer tasks as needed.
• Any other duties assigned.
