Qualifications

• Must safely operate a truck and trailer (non-CDL) and maintain a valid DOT medical card.
• Previous construction or manual labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Comfortable in varied weather and physically demanding environments.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to work areas.
• Assist in assembling and disassembling structures, scaffolding, and barriers.
• Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
• Support carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with their tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
