Job summary

Br Brandenburg Industrial Svc Co is seeking a General Laborer to support construction and demolition projects across multiple states. The role requires operating power tools, following safety and hygiene practices to manage hazardous materials, and performing heavy physical tasks in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year field-based construction/demolition experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools including oxy-fuel torch, breaker, drill and demolition saw.
• Understand and apply hygiene principles to prevent lead intoxication, asbestosis and silicosis.
• Segregate various material types for proper disposal or processing.
• Move materials by carrying, shoveling, pushing or throwing.
• Perform safety-sensitive tasks as required.
• Work with hazardous materials following safety protocols.
• Work in varied weather conditions and in PPE for full shifts.
• Navigate uneven surfaces, stairs, and ladders safely.
• Follow Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies.
• Maintain regular and predictable performance.
