Job summary

Haase & Sons Construction in southeastern Wisconsin is seeking a reliable, experienced Construction Laborer to join our crew. You will drive company trucks, assist with foundation repair, waterproofing, and flatwork concrete projects, and help keep job sites safe and productive.

This full-time, year-round position requires a valid driver's license with a good driving record, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a strong work ethic. Paid training and benefits offered after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Previous construction experience.
• Concrete, foundation repair, and/or waterproofing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to and from job sites.
• Assist with foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete projects.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Dig trenches and assist with excavation.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials.
• Set up and clean up job sites.
• Work alongside and assist other crew members.
