Primary job role:

• Work both independently and as part of a team, as required by the project
• Perform demo services as needed
• Communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers and customers
• Read and follow directions given by supervisors or team leaders
• Solve problems that may arise during the course of the job
• Set up and take down equipment as needed
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality
• Maintain awareness and respect for safety hazards, following safety guidelines at all times while on the job site, in the office, and while traveling

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a background check
• At least 1 year of construction experience
• Willingness to work after hours, on-call, or on a rotation
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years

Work Environment: The work environment may involve changes in temperature and weather conditions, loud noises, and hazardous areas such as confined crawl spaces and attics. Hazards encountered may include wastewater, mold, soot, smoke, and bio-hazard sites. The physical demands include bending, stooping, crawling, and moving heavy equipment and items while working in areas with loud noises and hazardous conditions.
