SPAR is expanding its overnight construction team! We are hiring full-time laborers who are hardworking and reliable. The role requires willingness to travel for extended periods and work nights from 9 pm to 6 am. Candidates should be comfortable with tools and physical work. The team will work inside home improvement retail chains, handling heavy steel and pallet racking.

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding construction tasks

• Remove and replace damaged steel racking
• Move products between racking systems
• Build and assemble store fixtures

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and work overnight
• Ability to follow directions for product tagging and placement
• Comfort climbing ladders and working at heights
• Experience with hand and power tools (own safety gear required)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
