Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Site Helper to maintain cleanliness on the job site and assist with minor punch-out tasks under the supervision of the construction management team. This role supports daily site operations across multiple locations in Texas.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to use basic hand tools.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid Driver's License with reliable transportation to multiple locations.
• Minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the job site.
• Perform yard duties including watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Complete punch-out for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry tasks as assigned.
