Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Assistant to maintain a clean job site and perform light punch-out services under supervision. You will handle yard duties, including watering grass and weed removal, and assist with minor warranty-related punch-outs such as framing, painting, drywall, and carpentry tasks.

The role requires a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to multiple locations, plus a minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant experience and basic hand tool
