Qualifications

• PE license or GC license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and evaluations of construction concerns and defects.
• Perform on-site investigations, review contracts and documents, and report findings.
• Provide expert witness testimony in litigation and insurance claims.
• Develop clear, defensible opinions on construction defects.
• Collaborate with clients, legal teams and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of codes, regulations and best practices.
