Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of construction concerns and problems.
• Perform on-site investigations, review contracts and legal documents, and report findings.
• Provide expert witness testimony in legal disputes and insurance claims.
• Develop clear, concise, and defensible opinions on construction defects.
• Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of industry codes and regulations.
