We’re looking for aworking foreman or entry-level construction supervisor to join our small but growing design-build team. This role is ideal for someone who knows their way around residential and light commercial job sites, is comfortable managing crews, and is ready to take on more responsibility in field operations.

We’re a tight-knit company that values craft, coordination, and clarity—our builds are thoughtful, well-executed, and architecturally driven. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working directly with the principal, subcontractors, and trades. You’ll help run the day-to-day on-site work, make sure things stay on track, and act as the bridge between design intent and field execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction site operations and coordinate subcontractor activities
• Read drawings and set up work based on design documents and project schedule
• Track jobsite progress and flag potential issues early
• Assist with layout, materials coordination, and QA/QC
• Keep a clean, safe site and enforce safety practices (OSHA familiarity preferred)
• Maintain jobsite documentation and communicate with the office
• Use basic digital tools is a plus (email, Google Drive, Bluebeam)

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on construction experience, ideally with some crew leadership
• Strong understanding of concrete, framing, finish work, and job sequencing
• Able to read plans, understand specs, and problem-solve in the field
• Comfortable communicating with subs, vendors, and office staff
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Spanish-English bilingual is a plus
• Carpentry or trade background preferred
